Ann Fagan Ginger is a practicing attorney in Berkeley, California. She lectures widely and has been a Visiting Professor of Law at University of California – Hastings College, University of San Francisco, University of Santa Clara, New College of California, and University of Puget Sound. She has published many books and articles, including California Criminal Law Practice (Volumes I and II), The National Law Guide, and Jury Selection in Civil and Criminal Trials. She is executive director of the Meiklejohn Civil Liberties Institute, a national research center that advocates for human rights and peace law by using existing laws of the United States and the United Nations.
